steps must I take to become a Link Partner?
Read our Terms of Use
and if you agree, understand and meet our criteria, just
send us an email
asking for a link exchange. We will then visit your website
to review and assess it relevancy to our website. If we
are pleased and find your website to be up to our standard
then, we will send you a reply giving you the confirmation
of adding our links to your website. We will then visit
your website again, to see if our link have been placed
there. If our link is on your site, we will then add your
link, that you provided us with, to our Site in return.
Can

- To remain a link partner your website
must maintain a reciprocal link to www.overstockretail.com
- You must own your website’s
domain name.
- The reciprocal link must be easy
to find on your site.
- You agree that this link exchange
program offers no guarantee or warranty of any kind.
- If your site is below our standard
or is a displeasing (bad) website, we will remove
or reject your site for the following reasons:
- Website promotes violence or
hate oriented speech , spam, libel or
defamation , pornography, offensive content and
any other fraudulent or
illegal activity.
- Website consists of excessive
low-value links such as FFA links (free-for-all
links) and link/banner farms.
- The website and its contents
are of poor quality.
- Website consist of unrelated
links on a web page which is not categorized.
- Website does not compliment or
is not relevant to our website content.
- Website pages are under construction.
- Site being hosted on free internet
service.
- We will not accept a website that
sells the exact same type of product.
We reserves the right, at our own discretion,
to modify or suspend this link exchange program any time
without prior notice or future obligation.
Overstockretail.com will carry out regular checks of reciprocal
links at your site. If our link is not maintained we will
remove you from our site.
